Defined as a group of fewer than 50 people located in the sun room in the rear of the mansion including access to the bathroom in the Mural room as well as the butler’s pantry for food prep (NO COOKING ALLOWED) for a total of 5 hours including setup and tear down; includes tables & chairs but no linens


Our base package for the day from 8 AM to 11 PM includes:

  • Use of our 200+ year old mansion full of history on 13 park-like acres with mature trees, brick and stone walls and walkways as well as a courtyard for plenty of beautiful photo ops
  • Separate prep areas for both bridal parties equipped with their own bathrooms, plenty of mirrors, and complimentary bottled water and snacks
  • An indoor banquet area (sun room) for up to 50 with additional adjoining rooms for receptions in the lower portion of the mansion for up to 125 with additional prep
  • Outdoor wedding space for 300+ with additional charges for more chairs, a tent(s), etc
  • Plenty of parking with numerous entry/exit points
  • Use of the grounds and additional rooms as available for wedding photos
  • Discounted rates on the detached bridal suite as well as the other available B&B rooms as available
  • Round and rectangular tables (ask for full breakdown) & 150 white resin garden chairs – additional rentals may be needed for larger groups
  • Although we have some great preferred vendors, we will work with your planner, caterer, florist, photographer, band, DJ etc of choice (currently no additional charge)
  • Our couples receive a FREE hour-long photo session at their one-year anniversary (by appointment)
  • Additional Costs: Tents, different wedding chairs (ex. Chiavaris), rustic & vintage props such as suitcases, trunks, furniture, crates, barrels, etc, and linens
