Gentlemen’s Quarters

We converted the law office of Charles James Faulkner I into the Gentleman’s Quarters, a detached, vintage game room in which the guys can prep and relax prior to the wedding! The guys can watch movies, play pool, darts, foosball, corn hole, or just relax on the picnic tables in front of the structure. The hang out features a full bathroom with plenty of mirrors and a kitchenette with a microwave as well as a vintage 1949 Hotpoint refrigerator to keep their beverages frosty! 🙂
HISTORY:
Faulkner I was a prominent attorney and member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He served as U.S. Minister to France during President Buchanan’s administration, and he eventually became Adjutant General for General Stonewall Jackson during the Civil War. This is the same building in which Faulkner drafted documents regarding the statehood of West Virginia!
